Cookies are my passion. I am a little obsessed. The pursuit of the perfect cookie is one of the reasons I trained to be a pastry chef and has taken me around the world. Once I had discovered the joy of a warm freshly baked cookie, I knew I should be delivering that happiness wherever I could.
